We’ll be there for all your training, IT support and call centre needs. You will be fully responsible for developing brand awareness in your own territory, and establishing your own loyal customer base.

Although a hands-on approach is vital, especially at the beginning, we want our operatives to see themselves as business proprietors rather than solely as personal chauffeurs.

To help you we’ll support you fully with a National Call Centre that will handle all customer enquiries, quotes and take bookings for franchisees and their chauffeurs. It is equipped with state of the art computer systems and is manned by phone operators and industry professional controllers, who manage each chauffeurs bookings, and provides a credit card payment facility for customers.

We’ll also provide on-going administrative support by way of a weekly financial reports, detailing all the bookings done by each franchisee chauffeur.

As the business grows, while continuing to promote the service in their territory, and one can expand the business by growing their fleet of folding scooters, and by recruiting and training additional part time and full time chauffeurs.

You will be able to rapidly grow our business, because with the national call centre, you will be free to focus on promoting the service in your local area, as well as managing the growth of the motorbike and chauffeur capacity to service the demand that they create.

Do you have the time to take the scooterMAN opportunity?

The scooterMAN National Call Centre is open from 5pm, 7 days a week, and is there to deal with:

                         General customer enquiries and provide quotations to customers
   Regsiter new customers
   Take and manage bookings
   Provide operational management of chauffeur schedules, on an individual booking basis
   Collect credit card payments from customers
   Provide a weekly report and accounts function

Last pick up times are:

Monday: 1am
Tuesday: 1am
Wednesday: 1am
Thursday: 2.30am
Friday: 3.30am
Saturday: 3.30am
Sunday: midnight

Generally speaking, your first job will be around 9 or 10pm.

The part time scooterMAN business model has been proven to work in over 5 areas nationwide. This is possible because you are home based and because the National Call Centre is there to support you fully, and saves you time.

Does the National Call Centre increase your income?

The National Call Centre saves you money. It means you can provide worldclass customer service levels to your customers, without having to man the phones for approximatley 75 hours per week. It therefore means it is possible for you to achieve profitability from 'day one'.

If each scooterMAN chauffeur provided their own bookings function, firstly you would not be able to do scooterMAN as a part time opportunity, and secondly it would be much less profitable.

The National Call Centre also provides you with a wealth of experience and knowledge. The scooterMAN staff together have approximately 33 years service at scooterMAN.

Booking Fee: Each booking is subject to a 20% booking fee, in order to provide the National Call Centre provided by us. (excludes VAT)
